- Pre-Orders can take anywhere from 1-3 Weeks to be dispatched. In some cases it may take 4/5.
- Usually orders with more shirts can take longer.

- As there's a huge catalogue of Arsenal shirts on the site with high demand for many sizes, I can't physically stock all the shirts in one space. Fortunately, with experience and a wide range of sources I can monitor stock by ordering what has been requested, as soon as you have placed the order. Therefore, your shirt(s) will be dispatched to me for the cleaning + printing process.

- Personalisation: Similarly to the shirts, there is such a huge range of namesets available. Your order will be processed to your request which requires a waiting time.

- Backlog/ demand: I work through orders in the order that I receive them to make it fair for everybody :)

- Imports: Some namesets/ shirts may require importing from overseas, typically this is the case.

Can i order A BLANK SHIRT
- Yes! Of course, in the personalised box - feel free to request the shirt to be blank. Typically this can speed up the process, but again will require a waiting time.
